deckhand: JUNE - october
Currently accepting applications for full and part-time summer deckhands. Frances is a 74’ gaff rigged topsail cutter. She is traditionally rigged, and operated by a captain and crew of three. We berth in Portland, Maine. Our season starts as early as May 1 for up-rig. We offer six months of employment. Traditional sail experience encouraged for application, though not required.

sales: june - october
We have a shoreside office position available starting in June. Frances is a charter vessel that accommodates up to 38 guests. We host summer cocktail parties, weddings and corporate events. We also arrange weekly ticketed events inclusive of our acoustic sunset series and wine sails. We are looking for a person who can confidently manage our ticket shack, answer phone calls, emails, and help coordinate and tailor private events with our clients and partnered catering companies. We host unique, personal, and wholly authentic outings onboard. This position will be dynamic and social. Part-time or full-time.
